Each of our outdoor offices goes through a detailed build process, where we will consult with you are every stage. We can design each modern garden room in Wimbledon around your requirements.
Each one will be insulated with low U Values and excellent thermal efficiency. All windows, which are sourced from Denmark and subject to DVC (Danish Window Certification) come with a guarantee of five years. The roof comes with a guarantee of 15 years.

Like our Nordic Rooms and work from home studios, our timber structures feature all the top materials and engineering that are synonymous with our name. This includes C24 grade beams of timber, a type of softwood, that is perfect for load-bearing; imported Siberian larch used for external cladding and decking; indoor wall and ceiling panels from Huntonit in Norway; and specialist glazing from Denmark.
