Library in Bladon Primary School

This library in the grounds of Bladon Primary School in Woodstock, Oxfordshire is Nordic Woods third building. To complement the two classrooms previously built the school needed a library for the children to enjoy.

Mirroring the windows of the main school building we bespoke designed these in Denmark to create a feel of unity. Due to the height difference of the land we made internal steps and cladded the outside all the way to the ground. Building Control signed the new library off.

Internally this Nordic Room is finished with our environmentally friendly wall panels and a beautiful engineered flooring.
