Treatment Room with WC and Storage
We were contacted by a lady that already had a quote form a competitor but had run into complications due to access to her property. Nordic Wood’s building method is a super versatile method where each plank can be brought in one by one. Our smaller vans also have a much easer time to get through small not easily accessible gardens. Anyway, client accepted our proposal and build was scheduled. She needed a treatment room for her counselling business as well as a WC and some where to store items. We drew up a Nordic Room that could facilitate all that with her Permitted Development Rights.
This is the floor plan agreed with the client. A treatment room, WC for clients and a storage room.
The client wanted nice operable windows to let in both air and light and opted for the upgrade to Panoramic doors.
