How did you get the business up and running marketing-wise? Because it always starts with marketing, right?
A lot of word of mouth. So we, you know, as a as an example, in Claygate, we did, we did one building on, on the main road going up Claygate. And from that one we got another four sales.

So we worked our way up.
Yeah. Yeah.
Keep going up the road. Just put another leaflet next to us. Just a few, actually. Easher, has got quite a few. Yeah. There’s one nice lady there who’s an absolute Nordic Room advocate. And she, she’s pretty much sold buildings for us.
Nice, I love that.
