The beauty of our build method means we can design and build larger buildings quicker and more cost effectively than traditional brick builds whilst also caring for the environment due to the sustainable products we use.

We are proud to have completed projects for schools, community centres, granny annexes, marina facilities and hospital units amongst others. Each building we create combines functionality, sustainability and Scandinavian craftsmanship.

We build to comply with UK Building Regulations or any specification you or your council might have.

Thermal Performance

Our buildings are designed with advanced insulation techniques to provide optimal comfort throughout the year. By integrating air gaps, high performance membranes and high insulation levels we achieve excellent thermal performance. The result is a Scandinavian inspired insulation system.

Timber frame construction is a sophisticated choice, it’s structural integrity pushes the boundaries of design to create a natural space that delivers a comfortable, thermally efficient environment regardless of the season.

We love our Nordic room – it’s super to have somewhere safe, beautiful and cosy for our young teens to hang out with their friends, which is exactly what we wanted it for.
